rice patties home economics

on thursday in home economics we made rice patties here is an image of what they should look like

and our ones looked nothing liked that it looked like someone had just put raw egg on top and it tasted like vomit what  we would do next time is not let someone in our group left to wash the muffin tray because they left the water in the sink and we got in trouble for that and  someone turned our oven on low so it wasn't cooking

home economics hamburgers

last Thursday we made hamburgers and they were actually good for once and I wouldn't mind making them again compared to last time the rice patties were really bad and weren't so nice.it took us all of 30 minutes to make. here is the recipe and yes it does look like a crabby pattie

Ingredients - Serves 4
• 250g lean beef or lamb mince
• 1 small onion, finely chopped
• 1 egg
• 1cup soft white breadcrumbs
• Salt and pepper to taste
• 2 tsp oil


Method
1. Mix the mince, onion, egg, breadcrumbs and seasonings
together.
2. Using wet hands shape into 4 flat patties of equal size.
3. Heat oil in a frying pan, add patties and cook for about 5
minutes each side or until cooked through.

4. Serve between buns or bread with desired fillings.
