This term we have been looking at nutrients and FNG
From this, I have learned the following three things
they are the different nutrients and what they are and do
and the FNG and what are carbohydrates and the two different types of them
in the future, I will be able to use this information to help me when I cook to help me lower the fat and salt and sugar contents and to keep me healthy and when I exercise.

my first impression of this extract is that it started off sounding like a normal high school story then it ended in a grim way because it started off normal and then ended grimly
3.i was correct when I predicted that it was going to be a high school story
I was incorrect when I predicted that it was just going to be a normal story
I think this because it ended in a grim way and i was not expecting that

I think this story is intended for students as the author David hill said it is intended for them

english work 12/2/19
So here is the is the excerpt I choose the reason I choose this is because it reminds me of that scene in Harry Potter and the philosopher's stone when Harry and Hagrid are walking down the streets of London to go to the leaky cauldron and this is how I imagined it in the books as a busy street with a cobblestone road with old buildings. I just imagine Hagrid towering over the normal sized people as he walks down the street because since he is so big he sticks out like a sore thumb in a large crowd. This can all so go the same for diagon alley when they go into there with all the signs sticking off the side of the buildings and the shop fronts and I just imagine the Gringotts at the end of the street sticking out from the rest of the other dark and old buildings.
Dublin, Ireland
by the HuffingtonPost
Ulysses by James Joyce
Of his epic classic, Joyce said, “I want to give a picture of Dublin so complete that if the city suddenly disappeared from the earth it could be reconstructed out of my book.” He accomplished all of that and then some.
From the book: “Mr. Leopold Bloom ate with relish the inner organs of beasts and fowls. He liked thick giblet soup, nutty gizzards, a stuffed roast heart, liver slices filled with crustcrumbs, fried hencod’s roes.”

Almost heaven, West Virginia
Blue Ridge Mountains, Shenandoah River
Life is old there, older than the trees
Younger than the mountains, blowing like a breeze
Life is old there, older than the trees
Younger than the mountains, blowing like a breeze
Country roads, take me home
To the place I belong
West Virginia, mountain mama
Take me home, country roads
To the place I belong
West Virginia, mountain mama
Take me home, country roads
All my memories gather round her
Miner's lady, stranger to blue water
Dark and dusty, painted on the sky
Misty taste of moonshine, teardrop in my eye

Take me home, country roads
To the place I belong
West Virginia, mountain mama
Take me home, country roads
I hear her voice, in the morning hour she calls me
The radio reminds me of my home far away
And driving down the road I get a feeling
That I should have been home yesterday, yesterday
The radio reminds me of my home far away
And driving down the road I get a feeling
That I should have been home yesterday, yesterday
Country roads, take me home
To the place I belong

second song
toto Africa
Toto Africa
I hear the drums echoing tonight
But she hears only whispers of some quiet conversation
She's coming in, 12:30 flight
The moonlit wings reflect the stars that guide me towards salvation
I stopped an old man along the way
Hoping to find some long forgotten words or ancient melodies
He turned to me as if to say, "Hurry boy, it's waiting there for you"
But she hears only whispers of some quiet conversation
She's coming in, 12:30 flight
The moonlit wings reflect the stars that guide me towards salvation
I stopped an old man along the way
Hoping to find some long forgotten words or ancient melodies
He turned to me as if to say, "Hurry boy, it's waiting there for you"
It's gonna take a lot to take me away from you
There's nothing that a hundred men or more could ever do
I bless the rains down in Africa
Gonna take some time to do the things we never had
There's nothing that a hundred men or more could ever do
I bless the rains down in Africa
Gonna take some time to do the things we never had
The wild dogs cry out in the night
As they grow restless, longing for some solitary company
I know that I must do what's right
As sure as Kilimanjaro rises like Olympus above the Serengeti
I seek to cure what's deep inside, frightened of this thing that I've become
As they grow restless, longing for some solitary company
I know that I must do what's right
As sure as Kilimanjaro rises like Olympus above the Serengeti
I seek to cure what's deep inside, frightened of this thing that I've become
It's gonna take a lot to drag me away from you
There's nothing that a hundred men or more could ever do
I bless the rains down in Africa
Gonna take some time to do the things we never had
There's nothing that a hundred men or more could ever do
I bless the rains down in Africa
Gonna take some time to do the things we never had
Hurry boy, she's waiting there for you
It's gonna take a lot to drag me away from you
There's nothing that a hundred men or more could ever do
I bless the rains down in Africa
I bless the rains down in Africa
(I bless the rain)
I bless the rains down in Africa
(I bless the rain)
I bless the rains down in Africa
I bless the rains down in Africa
(Ah, gonna take the time)
Gonna take some time to do the things we never had
There's nothing that a hundred men or more could ever do
I bless the rains down in Africa
I bless the rains down in Africa
(I bless the rain)
I bless the rains down in Africa
(I bless the rain)
I bless the rains down in Africa
I bless the rains down in Africa
(Ah, gonna take the time)
Gonna take some time to do the things we never had

the three components that I had to remember for
personal safety would be to remember to check what's on the ground like to see if the ground is wet etc) and for food safety would
be to remember that chicken cooks at 75 degrees and the between 4 and 60 degrees is the danger zone and for the hygiene is not to touch your face and wash your hands
next week I need to not eat out of the pan and not to use knives to point at stuff
well, when eating out of the pot you can spread bacteria from the fork to the food and there are on average 1,000 to 100,000 bacteria living in your mouth.
