- chicken drumstick with thigh
- dissecting probe
- scalpel
- dissecting scissors
- paper towels
- forceps
- dissecting tray
- gloves
- disinfectant hand wash and spray
safety
wear gloves
do not put anything in your mouth
wash hands thoroughly at the end
spray surfaces with antibacterial soap
