Iqbal was a boy who was a slave and was not granted the freedom of doing whatever he wanted most children should be out playing not inside of a carpet factory working to make carpets. One day Iqbal escaped the carpet factory he was free to do whatever he wanted to do.when he was a slave his human rights were taken from him and he was forced to work for a little amount of money and that money would get sent to his parents.
When he escaped he had some of his human rights back but not all of them. He went to the police and they took Iqbal back to the carpet factory and they were promised that they would get money so Iqbal went to the people he thought he could trust and they ended up being corrupt a few months later he escaped again and he went to this man who was named Khan and he was protesting against child labour and wanted to save slaves and when Iqbal went to Khan he saved Iqbal and took him back to his mansion
And he was looked after there.
iqbal had lost his rights of education and he lost his connection with his family and his right to do pretty much everything from meeting his friends and to meet his family and the right of free speech but when he escaped he got some of them back including and education he was a given a degree at a university
